Versa Drives supplies AC induction and PMSM-based drive and controller solutions that cover:

These solutions are built on our AC induction drive, PMSM / BLDC drive and Solar MPPT & Hybrid modular platforms and are supplied as panel-mount drives, IP-rated controllers or PCBAs for OEM integration, giving OEMs MPPT solar pump controllers and solar VFDs that can be directly designed into their pump product lines.

1) VersaVane Solar Pump Drive & Controller (1–10 HP, ACIM & PMSM)
MPPT solar pump drive and controller family designed for 1–10 HP pumps, compatible with AC induction and PMSM pump sets. Available as a complete solar pump drive, IP-rated controller and PCBA for OEM integration. Incorporates MPPT, pump unclogging, water-flow estimation, remote monitoring options and timer functions. Suitable for new solar water pumping systems compliant with MNRE specifications.

2) Solar / Hybrid Pump Controller for 230 Vac ACIM & PMSM Pumps
Solar / hybrid controller that allows existing 230 Vac 1Ø and 3Ø pumps (ACIM or PMSM) to be driven from a solar PV array, with or without grid backup. Controller architecture boosts panel voltage and regulates output to match the pump’s 230 Vac requirements, reducing panel and hardware costs in retrofit projects. Intended for OEMs and integrators wanting to upgrade installed AC pump bases to solar or hybrid operation without changing the pump.

3) Booster Pump Controller
Variable-frequency booster pump drive for maintaining water pressure in residential, commercial and municipal water systems. Supports 1Ø / 3Ø AC induction pumps in typical booster power ranges, with pressure control via external transducer and configurable speed profiles. Provides energy savings, smoother pressure control and protection for pump and pipeline in continuous-duty applications.
